MEET OUR TEAM

Binghamton University LPP full-time staff members are stationed in each participating school district so they can work directly with students on a daily basis. This allows them to provide personalized, one-on-one support aimed at fostering both academic development and personal growth.

The dedication and commitment of our staff members serves as the backbone of the program. Whether it's assisting with challenging academic coursework, offering guidance through personal challenges, or providing valuable insights and planning advice for their future, they are always there to lend a helping hand. Their unyielding passion and unwavering support form the foundation upon which our students shape their path for the future.

Summer Staff

During the summer our students are supported with a comprehensive summer outreach.  This program is designed to maintain student engagement and prevent “summer melt”—a phenomenon where students who intend to go to college fail to enroll in the fall.
