Feature Friday: Meet our Students!
If you follow us on Facebook, you know that we've been shining a spotlight on our students in a new segment called 'Feature Friday'.
What is Feature Friday?
Every Friday we celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our Liberty students, from all of our schools! These weekly spotlights showcase the diverse talents, achievements, and acts of kindness that make our students shine, including:
- Scoring big in games
- Acing tests or making academic strides
- Demonstrating leadership or kindness in the classroom
Meet This Month's Featured Students!
Anina
Anina is our very first Featured Friday student!
Anina has been part of the Liberty program since 6th grade and continues to impress us with her dedication and heart. With over 40 hours of community service, she made the JV basketball team as an 8th grader and is a true role model to her peers.
Whether it’s helping classmates with their work or lending a hand wherever needed, Anina exemplifies what it means to lead by example.
👏 Way to go, Anina! Keep up the amazing work!
Abby
Jenika
This week, we’re spotlighting Jenika Dhillon, a standout junior at JCHS!
Jenika recently made waves by winning the Class President election and continues to make an impact through her active involvement in the school’s Culture Club.
Congratulations, Jenika—your leadership and dedication inspire us all!
Sakina
Sakina Husseini is committed to her education and for consistently showing leadership qualities. Sakina joined LPP last school year and has been an amazing role model to her peers and her younger siblings. She continuously puts in the work and effort to continue making High Honor Roll status.
Sakina is mature beyond her years and has a heart of gold. She is kind and compassionate to everyone around her. This past year we have witnessed how much of an amazing big sister Sakina is and we love watching her interact and support her siblings and everyone around her. She is an absolute joy to be around and LPP is lucky to have her!
